Our Services

Are you feeling stressed out or feeling down about life? Pink Therapy can help you feel better and develop coping skills to be true to yourself in this world. Pink Therapy provides ongoing therapy and assessment of psychiatric conditions. Therapy intervals are at your discretion. Most people attend therapy every 2 weeks, but you can attend weekly or monthly if preferred. The cost of medication or labs, if needed, is not included in the cost of the visit. A prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice, where you can either cash pay or use your insurance. Many effective medications are generic and available at low costs. If labs are needed, an order will be sent to the laboratory of your choice, and you can either cash pay or use your insurance. Pink Wellness, LLC is an out-of-network provider, and your insurance may not cover these costs.

Pink Therapy can best help with depression, anxiety, developing coping skills, gender identity, coming out, Bipolar Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder, Stimulant (Meth) Use Disorder, Buprenorphine (Suboxone) treatment for Opioid Use Disorder, and Tobacco Use Disorder. DEA regulations are changing and in-person appointments will eventually be required. We do not provide long-term benzodiazepines.

  • Therapy

Therapy can help provide a space to talk to find a solution to a problem or learn new coping skills to decrease suffering and find a life worth living.

Pink Therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy to help you feel how you want to feel.

Therapy is often used alone or can be used in combination with medications.

  • Medications

Medications can often help improve your mood and decrease anxiety. If indicated, you can combine medications with therapy or just use medications alone.

Pink Therapy does not prescribe benzodiazepines like alprazolam (Xanax) or diazepam (Clonazepam). If you have a condition that could benefit from these medications, you will be referred to an in-person provider for management.
